*shrug* The way I decide is, what nifty new accessory would I like to own that I can justify with a Halloween costume? :D I think I'll be a fairy again this year just so I can buy another pair of pretty wings. I really want some monarch butterfly looking ones...
i was gonna go as the green fairy, but.... i don't have the time or money to make the costume... i thought about being a regular faerie, or a catgirl, but its just so generic, and i really want to do something original...
